to our retail and wholesale customers.

Shipping Policies

Retail and Wholesale orders are shipped within 3 business days. We do attempt to ship all orders the next business day.

Refund Policies

If an incorrect item is recieved, please contact us immmediately. We will correct the mistake at our expense.

For all paper patterns, books and hardware, we will give a full refund if the merchandise is returned to the above address within 30 days of the received date. Please contact us before sending any items back. Depending on circumstances we may or may not pay for return shipping.

If you are not satisfied of any digital (PDF) pattern, please contact us withing 30 days of purchase. Depending on the circumstances we may offer, a full refund, exchange for another digital pattern, a paper copy of purchased pattern or no refund.
